Postup přípravy

1. Start making the cake first. Put the butter and chocolate in a basin, heat over water until melted, then take it out and let it cool.

2. Put the white sugar into the basin and stir well.

3. Put the milk, salt and eggs into the basin and stir well.

4. Put the low-gluten flour, cocoa powder and baking powder sifted in advance into the basin.

5. Stir well.

6. Divide the batter into the cupcake molds. (You can put the batter in a piping bag and squeeze it into the mold one by one, which is more convenient.)

7. Put the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After baking, take it out to cool.

8. Whipped cream. Put the whipped cream, cocoa powder, and white sugar into the basin together, and then beat it with an electric egg beater.

9. Put the cream into a piping bag and squeeze it onto the cake. (I use a six-prong piping tip.)
